Redcliffe State High School is proud to be recognised as the premier sporting school on the Sunshine Coast, offering students unparalleled opportunities to participate and excel in a wide range of sports. In 2024, we were the highest-placed State school in terms of Sunshine Coast Regional Representatives and QLD State Representatives, with an impressive 71 Sunshine Coast Reps and 14 QLD State Reps across 15 sports .

We offer exceptional Sports Focussed Programs in Girls Sports & Fitness and Rugby League Excellence, providing our athletes with high-level coaching and mentoring to help them reach their full potential.
Our sporting strength is further supported by our extensive Summer and Winter Interschool Sporting Program. For two years running, Redcliffe has proudly held the title of Sunshine Coast South District Grand Champions. We also compete in a variety of external school competitions, including Volleyball, Rugby 7's, Futsal, Oztag, Touch Football, Rugby League, and Netball. Each year, we make a strong showing at the SEQ Metropolitan Finals, demonstrating our athletes' competitive spirit and commitment.
