Redcliffe State High School has a proud history of serving the Redcliffe Peninsula and supporting the growth of our young people. The school was opened in 1958 and has seen many changes across the years. Our facilities continue to grow to support the needs of our students and to cater for our growth. We work closely with a range of community organisations to ensure that we provide tailored support for the diverse range of students within our school.

Our school staff are passionate about providing outstanding opportunities to engage students and strengthen their academic development at all levels. We have a shared commitment to excellence and a clear, sustained focus on ensuring that every student is successful in their learning pathway.

We base our philosophy, and the work that we do, around our vision of 'Soaring Above and Beyond Expectations at Redcliffe' – SABER. This vision applies to the collective responsibilities of students, staff and our broader community. The SABER ethos and our Respect Programs put a focus on the growth and wellbeing of students and staff. We believe that it is vital for every student to feel supported and valued within our school environment.

Our parents are crucial partners in achieving academic and wellbeing goals for students. We have introduced a range of initiatives to support parents, and to encourage parents, to partner with us for the benefit of the whole school community.

We look forward to moving into the future with our parents, students, staff, and the community working together to achieve even more remarkable outcomes.
