This online workshop will focus on the basics about inclusive education – the definition, what it looks like, and why it is so important to all children, with and without disability. Join us online as we discuss the evidence in favour of inclusive education, the policies and supports that work towards inclusion at school, and tips on how parents can work confidently and effectively with their child's school for an inclusive education.
This workshop is relevant for parents and carers of children with disability of school age, or younger, who are wanting to know more about inclusive education. We also welcome any interested supporters or community members wanting to learn about the importance of inclusion in schools.
