Reddi Rewards Program
At Redcliffe SHS, we aim to recognise and reinforce positive student behaviours that reflect our school values: Reddi, Respectful, Responsible.
The Reddi Rewards Program provides a tangible, consistent, and meaningful way to celebrate these behaviours. It supports authentic connections, nurtures a love of learning, and promotes successful pathways for all students — all in line with our vision and motto: Connect, Learn, Succeed: The Redcliffe Way.
This program addresses the current gap in recognition systems by offering a clear, fair, and trackable way to celebrate the behaviour of students across all year levels and ranges of ability. It helps create engaging learning environments where every student can connect, learn, and succeed.
Program components:
- Reddi Bucks – Physical tickets, colour-coded by faculty, each representing one unit of value.
- Reddi Rewards – Prizes, experiences, vouchers, and other tangible items that students can purchase using their banked Reddi Bucks.
- Reddi Rewards Shop – A supervised space where students can spend or bank their Reddi Bucks.
- Banking – The process of depositing physical Reddi Bucks to have them recorded digitally for future use.
